‘Pied a terre’

Our client asked Ian Gunter-Jones and his team to reorganise and refurbish her newly acquired three bedroom London apartment, in order to make ‘better use of the space’ and to create ‘a clean, bright simple and stylish environment.’

A new living area was opened up from 3 smaller rooms, and the main lounge area re-orientated to take advantage of the natural light and the vibrant city view. The kitchen was relocated, the two bathrooms refitted. The whole apartment was restyled and redecorated.

We helped our client to select and procure all of the furnishings and fittings and worked directly with a contractor to implement the scheme to program and budget
