M3 Consulting are property development managers based in the City of London. They wanted a bold contemporary design to reflect their business and clients operations in leading edge property development at a cost of £180k.

We were appointed to create the 3.800 sq. ft office just as the lease was signed in 2005, so had to work very quickly to implement the design.

Staff work from bench desking to enable project teams to be assembled with minimal churn. A small waiting area is screened from a staff reference and breakout/cafe area. Conference, meeting and quiet rooms are also provided.

From collection of the brief the client was able to occupy their new office in just 8 weeks.
